I lead high performing teams across the full arc of the product design process, from generative research to design solutions.

What drives and inspires me is impact. It could be big or small: seeing business metrics tick up because of something I’ve done, having a moment of truth with a designer I’m mentoring, inviting a non-designer to pick up a sharpie during a workshop, and, of course, the relief of seeing a prototype iteration feel easier to customers during a usability testing session.

Outside of work, I love art, avocados, my family and eating my way through Toronto Life’s Best Restaurants lists.
